GreenFields is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Eastern Europe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management within the same industry and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and customer service departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commercial Economics or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English and knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics/Navision) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Relevant training or certifications are a plus.
